SPRINGER — On February 27, 2018, Springer High School students will conduct a candidate forum. The students of Mr. Steve Montoya’s Civics class will ask candidates from the upcoming Springer Town Council and Mayoral elections to be held in March 2018.
This will be an opportunity for these high school students to ask questions to the candidates about their candidacy. The public is also invited to attend this event. The forum will be held from 6 to 7 pm at Sim Brown Gym at Springer High School in Springer, NM.
Please attend and support these bright young students in learning more about the candidates and their town’s politics.
Springer High School is located at 1401 8th Street Springer, NM. To get there, take Exit 412, and turn right on Maxwell Ave. Continue straight on Maxwell Ave, then turn right on 4th Street and continue to County Road 131. Turn left on CR 131, then turn right on 8th Street. Destination will be on left.
