RATON — The Raton Ambassadors welcomed the first new business of the year. BeeHive Homes, a home for those of us who need a little extra care, opened its doors to new residents. Already, three local residents have moved in, and when it is filled, 15 people will call this home. The grand opening, held January 9, was attended by nearly 100 people who came to tour the home and to celebrate a positive option for people who want to enjoy a quality of life at BeeHive Homes. “At the BeeHive Homes of Raton, we take the time to know and understand the needs of each and every resident. In fact, our goal is to make every resident feel like a part of the family. We have family-style living with a large open dining room and living room so our residents can have plenty of contact with other residents and our caregivers,” said Jay Manning, owner.
