Joseph Gabriel Sanchez 2-26-1965 ~ 12-20-2013
Joseph Gabriel Sanchez entered into rest on December 20, 2013. Joseph was a loving, caring father, brother, uncle, and friend. He loved being in the outdoors and spending time with his dogs, Max and Ginger. His sense of humor and strong religious faith enabled him to enjoy life. Joseph is survived by his daughter Marissa; siblings Pauline (Sam) Maes, Marie (Ron) Ortivez, John (Stella) Sanchez, Jane (Manuel) Maes, Lorraine (Anthony) Padilla, Ted Sanchez, and Michael Sanchez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Joseph was preceded in death by his father, Henry Sanchez, mother, Ascension Sanchez, brother Henry (Willie) Sanchez, and niece Abigail Sanchez. There will be a memorial service on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 11 am at Christ the King Catholic Church in La Veta, CO.
