Local athletes Cassidy Dotter (#10), Kaylee Corsentino (#7), Shaelyn Walton (#8) and Nya Sciacca (#6) are members of Southern Colorado Precision Volleyball Club’s 18-Red team. In their recent Crossroads in Denver competition on the weekend of March 17, the team finished tied for fifth out of 96 teams, losing a heart breaker in the quarterfinals in a third set, 12-15. The team also competed in January in Kansas City, went to Reno in early March and placed 8 of 28, and last weekend, they competed at regionals and took 3rd.
