Dougherty brothers take plea deals

Dylan and Ryan Dougherty, the brothers of the infamous Dougherty siblings, who were arrested in Walsenburg on August 10 after a nationwide manhunt, have both accepted plea deals.
Ryan Dougherty, 21, pleaded guilty to five counts of felony menacing.
Dylan Stanley-Dougherty, 26, pleaded guilty to a single count of first-degree assault.
All other charged against the two were dismissed.
On Feb. 9, their sister, Lee Grace Dougherty pleaded guilty to attempted first-degree assault against a peace officer and two counts of felony menacing.
