Unique shop ops every Saturday in Trinidad

TRINIDAD — When the weather outside is frightful, these mittens will be delightful! Seamstress Barbara Arko from Maxwell, NM, sells her handmade, fleece lined mittens, made from sweater material on Saturday, December 2, at Trinidad’s indoor Winter Market, located in Comida Market. These mittens are not only warm, but also make a fashion statement because they are clever, colorful, unique and one of a kind. The last two “mini indoor Farmer’s Markets” are from 10 to 2 on Saturday, December 9 and 16. They will feature baked goods, fresh produce and eggs, arts and crafts, crystals, natural skin products, handmade soap, handmade corn brooms and other unique items. It’s the perfect place to find that perfect gift for that special person. Comida Market is located at 131 E. Main Street in Trinidad. Call 719-846-7869 or see them on facebook for more information.
