Eugene M. Barela, 19, was arrested in Raton on charges of abuse of a child, aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer, tampering with evidence, resisting/evading/obstructing an officer, reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
Gage Damien West-Silva, 20 , was arrested in Raton for possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
Patrick Martinez, 31, was arrested in Raton for criminal damage to property.
