Ability to track and report on staff activity. Experience in planning maintenance operations. Proficiency with computers, particularly email and typical office software. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members. Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making. Some college related classes highly desired. HVAC certification, certified journeyman electrician, and/or previous contracting experience highly preferred. Previous managerial experience is a bonus. The starting salary is $40,000 – $50,000 depending on experience, this is a non-exempt position.
