ANGEL FIRE — Thanks to the dedication and hard work by Run For The Wall members, almost 400 more memorial bricks were placed in the Memorial Walkway at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial State Park, located near Angel Fire, NM on Saturday, September 3rd.
Run For The Wall (RFTW) was started in 1989 by James Gregory and Bill Evans, Vietnam veterans who traveled across America on motorcycles, talking to local radio, TV, and newspapers about the fact that thousands of men and women are still unaccounted for from all of our wars. The need for this awareness continues today and they continue this tradition every May with riders from all across America traveling on three different routes across the country.
